The Green Dot trademark is protected in more than 170 countries and is a registered trade-mark of Der Grune Punkt of Duales System Deutschland AG (Cologne) and PRO-Europe s.p.r.l. (Brussels).

North America trade-mark registration numbers are included as Schedule A of the “Green Dot User Agreement.”

A company is not exempt from purchasing a license from Green Dot North America™ to use the trademark in Canada, USA and Mexico if they are a registered licensee with a European Green Dot compliance scheme.
